Seminars are organised to bring together on a common platform representatives of the Management, Government, Trade Unions, Employees, Academicians & other relevant organisations like Ngo's and various International Organisations. These seminars enable examination of issues from a variety of points of view to promote constructive thinking and helps in policy formulation.
